Work Where your clinical skills and your values align

Lopez & Associates is a family-centered ABA practice in Northern New Jersey. We are building a team of therapists and clinicians who care as much about how they practice as the outcomes they deliver.

Why LABC

Lopez & Associates is a Practice Built on How ABA Should Work

  • BCBA mentorship from day one. Work directly with our founder, Jennifer Lopez, BCBA, and receive consistent clinical guidance.

  • Small, tight-knit team. You are not a number on a caseload spreadsheet. You know your colleagues, your supervisors know your goals, and your growth is a real conversation.

  • Mission over metrics. We exist to empower ALL families, especially those underserved by the current system. If that matters to you, you will fit in here.

  • Bilingual practice. We serve English- and Spanish-speaking families across Northern and Central New Jersey. Bilingual clinicians are valued and supported.

Join the LABC team

Lopez & Associates Behavior Consulting was founded by Jennifer Lopez, MBA, MA, BCBA, LBA, IBA with over 14 years of experience serving families across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Jennifer built LABC because she believed ABA services should be accessible, ethical, and rooted in respect for every family. That belief drives how we hire, how we train, and how we show up in the communities we serve.

We are a certified, bilingual team providing individualized ABA therapy across Hudson County, Essex County, Bergen County, and Union County. Every therapist works at a 1:1 ratio with direct BCBA oversight, because quality care starts with quality support.

At Lopez and Associates Behavior Consulting we're committed to fostering a work environment that celebrates Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). We believe this is not just the right thing to do, but also essential to delivering high-quality ABA services to a diverse clientele.

A Culture of Respect and Opportunity.
